The challenge
Real estate transactions depend on contracts that can run dozens of pages and contain hundreds of required fields. Agents, brokers and transaction coordinators were checking these by hand, which made missed signatures, dates and initials a common source of closing delays and legal risk.
The documents are not uniform. The same data point can appear with different labels, formatting and context across forms, so a simple keyword search misses too much. The product needed to understand the document structure, identify the required fields and report completeness with enough confidence that users act on it.
Our approach
